yesterday i got an art deco haircut. i was bored. my stylist said "it's very Chanel".
flipping through magazines while my color processed i came across Jan van Huysum's Still Life of Flowers and Fruit, ca.1715. i haven't liked a painting so much since Paul de Vos' The Fable of the Dog and the Prey. i guess i like moody work.
